St Davids is getting ready for a royal visitor today (Saturday) as Princess Mabereng of Lesotho is due to be in the city to support a fundraising walk.
All the proceeds will go towards a new Wales Centre in Lesotho’s capital, Maseru.
The centre, which is being built with help from the Welsh Assembly and Dolen Cymru, will provide support for people with disabilities and HIV.
St Davids is twinned with Matsieng in Lesotho, and has hosted numerous royal visits in the past.
The three hour walk is being organised by Elaine Morgan, of Dolen Cymru and supported by the St Davids Matsieng/Lesotho link group. For details, call Elaine on 01437 720 130.
