Police call off search for Cardiff man

Police have called off their search for a Cardiff man with Pembrokeshire connections who they were trying to track down on Friday.
Cardiff Bay CID had put out an appeal for the whereabouts of 31-year-old Phil Lewis, following an alleged serious assault in the Splott area on Tuesday 10th April.
Police confirmed today (Monday) that they are no longer seeking the whereabouts of Mr Lewis.
“A 27-year-old woman from Cardiff has been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and has been released on bail pending further enquiries,” said a police spokesman.
