Driving offences case due to be heard today

A Pembroke Dock man is due to appear at Haverfordwest magistrates court today (Tuesday) charged with driving without insurance, or a licence, on August 25, 2011.

Christopher Hallaways, aged 36, of Arthur Street, was in court last Tuesday. He gave no plea to failing to produce a certificate of insurance or a driving licence.

Magistrates adjourned the hearing until today (Tuesday) , so that Hallaways, who represented himself in court, could gather relevant documentation.

He was released on unconditional bail.
