Drink driving case due to be heard
10:20am Tuesday 15th May 2012 in News
A Neyland man, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, is due to appear in front of magistrates in Haverfordwest today (Tuesday).
Stephen Thomas Stern, aged 63, of Woodland Park, previously gave no plea to driving from St Govans to Freshwater West, on April 9th, when his alcohol level was above the limit.
In a hearing earlier this month, James Subbiani, defending, asked for an adjournment for the interview tape to be served by the CPS.
Magistrates adjourned the hearing until today for Stern’s plea.
He was released on unconditional bail until then.
