Under 21s have been banned from attending Minnies in Haverfordwest following concerns about the protection of children at the function centre.

Pembrokeshire County Council ’s licensing sub-committee reviewed the venue's licence last week, following an application by police.

The decision states: "The sub-committee finds that the premises has failed to promote the licensing objective of the protection of children from harm, and that this is overwhelmingly due to the failing of the management of the events in issue in exercising any proper control of the premises."

Minnies has 21 days to appeal the decision and can operate as normal until then.
