Dale and Broad Haven coastguards were tasked by police on Saturday to join the search for a missing elderly woman.
Units were mobilised at 11.41pm to search the Milford Haven area. Prior to them arriving at the scene the woman was located at Withybush Hospital, where she had gone after suffering a fall.
