Two lifeboats, a police boat and other local vessels went to the aid of a dive boat in difficulty last Friday afternoon.
The dive boat Clidive Blue, with one crew member on board, had become snagged on a bouy in Jack Sound off Skomer Island. The six divers who were with the boat were drifting away from her.
The crew member onboard, with the help of two divers, managed to clear the snag and all six divers, who were from a dive club in Hertfordshire, were able to get back onboard.
The vessel returned to Gelliswick where Dale coastguards obtained details.
