Cleddau Bridge signs set for maintenance work

Maintenance work is to be carried out on the Cleddau Bridge closure signs on Monday and Tuesday next week, September 10th and 11th.

Motorists are being asked to disregard the messages displayed on the signs while the work takes place.

During the testing, some signs will occasionally display messages saying that the Cleddau Bridge is closed to high-sided vehicles or closed to all vehicles, but there are no plans to close the bridge.

If you want to check the status of the bridge, go online at Pembrokeshire County Council ’s website www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk which displays the bridge status on the homepage.

Alternatively, to receive an update direct to your mobile, text ‘bridge' to 80039. Texts are charged at standard network rate.

There are seven Cleddau Bridge closure signs around the county.
