Further reports coming in from Haverfordwest confirm a man on the roof of the Funky Den talking to a police negotiator.
“He was throwing stuff earlier,” said an eye witness at the scene. “Now he is sat on a wall on the roof .
“He seems quite agitated and is waving his arms around. A negotiator is talking to him. He’s not very high up about 12 or 15 feet.
“He has got something small in one of his hands but I can’t see what it is. He keeps leaning out and looking down the alley way.”
The eye witness said that earlier he had been heard shouting to police that he had a toy gun.
