Beer is back on in Haverfordwest

The rescheduled Haverfordwest Beer Festival will take place at the town’s castle this weekend.

It boasts a wide selection of beers, ciders and perries from across Wales, not forgetting mouthwatering local organic farm produce.

Beer festival music today (Saturday) will feature Welsh folk group Estron, Two Zone and Goodwick Junior Brass Band.

On Sunday the historic site will also host a charity concert in aid of Adam’s Bucketful of Hope with singing sensation Jodie Marie in the line-up.

Local girl Jodie, who supported Will Young on tour earlier this year, will be supported by acts including Semi-Tones, Symbollx, Go Funk and Jonski.

Tickets for the charity concert are £10, available from Victoria Bookshop, Stitchwitch and the Bucketful of Hope shop in Haverfordwest, and in Narbeth from Celtic Vision and Fire and Ice.
