Health consultation comes to Pembroke Dock

Hywel Dda health board staff will also be at Pembroke Town Hall between 1pm and 4pm today (Thursday)distributing copies of the current health consultation document and questionnaires.
People are invited to call in to pick up a copy or to have assistance with online facilities.
Members of the public can make their views known at www.hywelddahb.wales.nhs.uk/Consu ltation or write to Opinion Research Services Freepost (SS1018), PO Box 530, Swansea SA1 1ZL.
You can also write to the health board at FREEPOST HYWEL DDA HEALTH BOARD, email hyweldda.engagement@wales.nhs.uk or leave comments on the telephone answer machine on 01437 771232.
All questionnaires and comments need to arrive by October 29th.
