Five to appear on aggravated burglary charges

Five men are due to appear in front of Swansea crown court today (Tuesday) charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary.

Ian Jenkins, aged 25, of Battersea, London; 25-year-old Michael Lash- Larbie of Mitcham, Surrey; 31- year-old Bradley Clancy of Wellington, Surrey; 17-year-old Ronnie Alfie Arnold of Beddington, Surrey, and 29-year old Jordan Rheinhardt of Wallington, Croydon, were all jointly charged last week with conspiracy to enter a property as trespassers with intention to steal and commit grievous bodily harm.

The charges follow an incident in Milford Haven on October 11th.

Rheinhardt was also charged with dangerous driving.

The five men appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court last Monday (October 15th).

There was a heavy police presence in court, with a total of nine officers in the court room at one point in the proceedings.

None of the men entered pleas. Jenkins, Arnold and Rheinhardt applied for bail, but magistrates refused the application.

All five defendants were remanded in custody and listed to appear in front of Swansea crown court today.
