SOUTH west Wales’ largest estate agency, John Francis, has opened a new lettings office, expanding its property services across Pembrokeshire

The new office, based at the John Francis branch in Haverfordwest, will cover the length and breadth of the county.

Chloe Crellin has been appointed as manager of the new Pembrokeshire lettings office.

She will be supported by Aaron Morgan, formerly based in John Francis’ Narberth office, and Christine Mayne in the John Francis’ lettings administration department.

John Francis director Nigel Jones said: “Our lettings service has grown consistently over the last five years and is now very well-established.

“I am delighted to now take our lettings offering further west with the opening of our Pembrokeshire branch.

“With six sales branches across Pembrokeshire, we already have an excellent reputation in the area, and are known for the quality of both our service and staff as well as the strength of our brand.

“Demand for our lettings services has been growing from clients and staff alike for some time, making this a natural move.”

Ms Crellin added:: “We are confident that there is a real demand for our services here and business has been very positive.

“We are now able to offer all landlords in the county our full package of lettings and property management services, tailored to their specific needs.

“Pembrokeshire is an area I know well, having previously worked in John Francis’ Carmarthen and Tenby offices, and I am well aware of the reputation and trust John Francis has among landlords in the region.

“Many are investors who have already worked with John Francis for many years, and it’s great to now be able to offer them the same quality of service in Pembrokeshire that they have enjoyed elsewhere.”
