Raise some money with a glass of Pimms

The flagship property of the Harriet Davis Trust, The Wheelabout, will be holding a fundraiser today (Saturday) between 5pm and 9pm.

Situated in Strawberry Lane, Penally, the house and garden have magnificent views over Tenby.

Fundraiser for the trust, Elizabeth Sleight said “We’re hoping that lots of local people will take this opportunity to have a look inside this fantastic, purpose-built holiday house for families with disabled children and support this special local charity.”

Soroptimist International of Tenby are joining forces with the Harriet Davis Trust for the evening, as the charity is the chosen cause of president Dr Anne Kelly.

On a recent visit to The Wheelabout, Anne met the Nash family from Brynmawr, near Ebbw Vale, and heard first-hand how the house meets their needs.

Tickets for the event are £10 and include Pimms, a fork supper and live music. Parking is available.
