Police investigating a report of an assault on a teenage girl in Bush Street, Pembroke Dock last week have released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to.

The incident happened at approximately 7.30pm on Tuesday evening, September 2nd.

The man is described as Asian, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, aged 23 – 35 years, of slight build with short black hair and stubble. He was wearing a short-sleeved black top and black jeans. Detective Chief Inspector Dave Guiney said, "At approximately 7.30pm on Tuesday evening 2nd September, a 13 year-old female was approached whilst she walked along Bush Street, Pembroke Dock. At the time of the incident, the victim was wearing a light green top and black leggings.

"Her assailant got out of a small white van (possibly a car-derived van) and attempted to assault her, she walked away uninjured. Another man, the driver of the suspect vehicle, is described as an Asian male with short dark hair.

"We have worked closely with the victim to produce this e-fit. We are appealing to members of the public to let us know if they think they may have seen him recently in the area.

"We ask that the public consider the image carefully and contact us with any information. I’d like to reassure the community that incidents such as these are very rare in this area”.
