You might have received great customer service from a social worker, housing officer, or someone in a school, day centre, library or leisure centre.
If so you could nominate them for the council's Unsung Hero Awards for 2015.
"If you believe that someone has delivered a really excellent service, then we want to hear about it!" said Ian Westley, Acting Head of Paid Service.

The closing date for entries is Friday 8th May.
