Pembrokeshire police officers have confirmed they have made two arrests on suspicion of theft and false accounting.
The Western Telegraph understands the arrests were made in Narberth on Monday.
A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police, said: “A 73 year-old man and a 50 year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of the theft of monies and false accounting.
"They have been released on bail pending further police enquiries.”
