CARNIVAL fever will take over St Davids and Fishguard on Saturday, August 29.

The St Davids Peninsula carnival parade begins at 2pm from Oriel y Parc and will travel to the rugby club, where fun for all the family awaits.

Activities include children’s sports, Pembrokeshire pet parties, fun fair rides, rodeo bull, tug of war, face painting and stalls.

The will also be live music, refreshments and a raffle.

Fishguard Carnival procession begins at 12.30pm from Goodwick Moor car park, and will make its way up to Lota Park.

Organised by Fishguard and District Round Table, there will be a fancy dress competition plus £250 for the best float.

The ever popular Fishguard’s Got Talent will return to the stage, and there will be displays from Pembrokeshire Falconry and Slicks Martial Arts, along with stalls, workshops and games.
