Pembroke, Friday, November 27, 6.30pm Father Christmas will abseil down Pembroke Castle at 6.3pm. He will then leave on his sleigh through Main Street to St Michaels Square to give out free chocolates and switch on the lights. There will also be carol singing on the square.

Haverfordwest: Saturday, November 28, 6pm. Riverside Shopping.

Christmas market, children’s rides, free face painting, live entertainment throughout the day. 3pm music from local artists on the radio Pembrokeshire stage, finishing with X Factor star James J Picton.

5.45pm prize winners competition announcements.

6pm Lights switch on and fireworks display.

Tenby: Saturday, November 28, 5.30pm. Town square.

This year, Santa will be arriving in town via lifeboat. The all-weather lifeboat will be launching at 4.45pm with Mayor Paul Rapi aboard to meet up with Father Christmas before bringing him ashore at the lifeboat station. He will then be transported via the inshore lifeboat up to the square where he will officially switch on the lights at 5.30pm.

All are welcome to come and see the boat launch to pick up Santa and then to accompany him up to the square.

There will be carols and entertainment on the square as well as a Christmas wish tree and a memory tree. All children will receive a small gift from Father Christmas.
