THREE Haverfordwest men have been arrested following an alleged racial assault in the town centre last Thursday evening.

The victim, a man from the United Arab Emirates, suffered a significant facial injury during the incident. He required hospital treatment.

Dyfed-Powys Police has appealed for witnesses to the incident, which occurred in Castle Square at approximately 7.30pm on June 16 – the day Wales played England in Euro 2016 football championship.

The men have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
