ST Davids RNLI has come to the aid of a fishing vessel which suffered steering failure.
The incident happened yesterday (Friday) at 2.55pm.
UK Coastguards tasked St Davids RNLI all-weather lifeboat Norah Wortley, to the aid of the 10 metre fishing vessel Mari Ann which had two people onboard..
The casualty vessel was in a position just north west of the Bishops rock.
The lifeboat was on scene within 10 minutes and the volunteer lifeboat crew then secured a tow line to the vessel.
After doing this the lifeboat took the casualty under tow to its moorings in Fishguard harbour.
Once they had safely secured the vessel to its moorings, the lifeboat returned to station arriving back and rehousing at 6.40pm.
