Fishguard lifeboat was launched at 11.05 this morning (Saturday) to a speed boat in difficulty off Cwm yr Eglwys.
The Jessica Fletcher had suffered engine failure a mile and a half off Cwm yr Eglwys.
Fishguard all weather lifeboat was launched to the aid of the casualty vessel. However by the time the lifeboat and her volunteer crew arrived on scene a local fishing boat, the Jack Oliver had towed the stricken speedboat into Cwm yr Eglwys.
Coastguard crews were with the vessel.
Fishguard lifeboat was stood down at 11.20 and subsequently returned to station.
