FISHGUARD coastguard received reports of an 'unconscious' woman at Lower Town beach in Fishguard this afternoon (Wednesday, June 21).
They arrived on the scene shortly after 2.40pm, where Dyfed-Powys Police officers were already administering first aid.
The Welsh Ambulance Service and Fishguard & Goodwick RNLI Lifeboat ILB arrived soon after.
Paramedics took over first aid, before coastguard crew assisted with carrying the woman to the waiting ambulance.
Further details about her condition are not yet known.
