CONCERNS about the development of Fishguard and Goodwick marina were raised at Pembrokeshire County Council's full council meeting last week.
Cllr Michelle Bateman raised concerns about the economic benefits of the proposed scheme as councillors discussed the approval of the authority's improvement plan, saying that too much emphasis was being put on this scheme for regeneration.
"I am concerned that a lot of talk around this does relate to this one development," she said.
Members voiced concerns about the effects of developments in their wards before voting to approve the improvement plan.
