A TEENAGE boy has pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempted rape.
The boy, who is under 18 and cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates Court on Thursday, November 9.
He denied the charge, which related to an incident that took place in Hakin on October 31.
A trial date has been set for Thursday, December 14.
- Restrictions under section 45 of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 mean no matter relating to the youth may be published that would identify them, including their name, address, any educational establishment or any workplace they attend, and any picture of them.
- This order lasts until the youth reaches the age of 18.
