Drunk man fell nine foot on Tenby beach

Lifeguards, coastguards a police helicopter and a land ambulance were all tasked to Tenby yesterday following reports of a drunk man who had fallen on the beach.

The man had been dragged over by his dog and fallen about nine foot. He had sustained head injuries and was unconscious for a few minutes but then came round.

Paramedics checked the man over at the scene but he refused to travel to Withybush Hospital for further check ups.
