A Milford Haven man will not face a re-trial over allegations that he twice sexually assaulted a woman.
Christopher Fee, aged 45, had once been charged with kidnapping her at knifepoint and a third offence of sexual assault.
Those two charges were rejected by a jury after a trial at Swansea crown court, who returned verdicts of not guilty.
But they failed to reach verdicts on the remaining two charges.
The prosecution was granted seven days to decide whether to press for a re-trial and announced today that the case would be discontinued.
Judge Huw Davies entered formal verdicts of not guilty and Fee, now of Hilton House, Mount Estate, has now been cleared of all four charges.
Judge Davies awarded Fee £236.50p out of public funds to cover the cost of travelling to court for the various hearings.
