A 47-year-old man has been arrested for racially-aggravated public order following an incident in Clynderwen on Saturday afternoon.
The man, who lives locally, was charged with the offence and bailed to appear before magistrates on Thursday.
A police spokesman said: "We take a very serious view of incidents of this type. In this case we responded swiftly and achieved a positive result."
