Apache attack helicopters have been flying over Pembrokeshire over the last two days as part of an exercise at Castlemartin base.
The Apaches - the helicopter flown by Prince Harry in Afghanistan - were spotted over much of the county up until 11pm last night, prompting some complaints about noise.
The helicopters are taking part in Operation Winged Hussar at the base.
An Army spokesman said that the exercise, involving three Apaches, was part of the Regimental Army Air Corps pre-deployment training for Afghanistan.
“They have all the clearances for this kind of low level flying,” said the spokesman. “Unfortunately there has been some disturbance.”
The exercise will continue in the Haverfordwest area until this weekend.

It is an invasive and anti social noise that nothing will be done about. And I cannot see why it has to be almost constant.

My pet hate is people who start going on about children and babies as an excuse to hide their bigotry
