ONE of the most prestigious awards in Pembrokeshire agriculture has opened for nominations.
The Idris Davies Memorial Trust award is presented each year to someone who has made an outstanding contribution to agriculture in Pembrokeshire.
As well as the magnificent perpetual trophy, the winner will receive an annual cash award.
Nominations for people of all age groups for the 2014 award can be made in writing or to the secretary, Idris Davies Memorial Trust, Agriculture House, Winch Lane, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1RW; or ring 01437 762336.
Nominations close at noon on Thursday, July 31 and the winner will be announced at the Pembrokeshire County Show.
