Pembrokeshire's Christian Bale found himself in a different kind of starring role last week, as the Batman star featured in OK magazine's rich list.
The Pembrokeshire-born actor was a new entry at number 11 in the magazine's list of the UK's wealthiest celebrities.
His £15 million fortune is on a par with that of Sir Paul McCartney, and Bale is currently richer than George Michael and Colin Farrell.
"He should have been in this list years ago," wrote the magazine of this high-ranking new entry.
"But he seems so American we overlooked him."
Don't worry Christian, your Pembrokeshire fans will never forget your roots.
