Coastguards are urging sea users to act responsibly, after water bikers in Goodwick endangered the safety of young children playing in the sea.
"The good weather has brought many people out onto our beaches to enjoy themselves, whether on the beach or in the water," said a coastguard spokesman
"Unfortunately the actions of some irresponsible youths have caused problems around our coast, mostly of a minor sort, but in one incident in Goodwick the rash behaviour of two youths on water bikes put children enjoying playing in the sea in danger."
They were spotted by the Fishguard coastguard rescue team and given strong words of advice.

"We want everyone to enjoy our wonderful seaside. Don't spoil the happiness of others by driving jet skis or pleasure vessels, among swimmers," said a spokesman for HM Coastguard.
"Your silly actions could injure or even kill somebody and yourselves. Our message is be aware of others, don't act irresponsibly and then everyone can enjoy themselves on our coast."
