Haverfordwest Airport welcomed an unexpected and unusual visitor at lunchtime today, Thursday, July 9, in the form of a retired RAF jet aircraft.
Now in private ownership the BAC Jet Provost T5A flew in from St Athans and made two low level passes of the runway before executing a "barrel roll" and finally a parting "wing wave" before heading east presumably for home.
This particular aircraft saw service with the RAF from September 1970 to November 1993.
