OUTGOING Mayor of Pembroke, Councillor Pauline Waters and her Consort Shaun Waters recently held a thank you evening at the town hall to thank individuals and organisations for the work and commitment they do for the town.
More than 100 people attended, with the-then mayor presenting gifts to Reverend Roger Jones and his wife Lorraine on his retirement and also PC Kenny Small and his wife, who again was retiring after nearly 30 years of service.
George and Jeanne Lewis were also presented with a plaque for all of their work in the community.
