ORIELTON CP School’s swim team has ended its competitive swimming year on a high.
Following on from the relay team's win at the Sladen Cup Gala in Haverfordwest, the squad narrowly missed winning Division 2 at the Pembroke and District Inter-Schools gala by just two points.
Year 6 pupil Georgia Lee also competed in the Inter-Districts Schools swimming gala held at Haverfordwest leisure centre, helping Pembroke and District team beat off fierce competition and become overall winners.
Base leader at Orielton Tim Reed said: “Although we are a small school, we strive to enter as many sporting events as possible and we’re exceptionally proud of our talented swimmers.”
