A PEMBROKESHIRE cause associated with training in the community is £500 better off, thanks to a donation recently made at Providence Training Ltd in Honeyborough, Neyland.

The cheque for £500 was presented to the Trustees of the Danny Fellows Training Trust, who provide interest free loans for individuals who seek to develop their skills for work in the Construction and Engineering Construction Industry, by Qualpass Director David Warrell.

Qualpass Ltd a Welsh based accreditation body, offers a range of quality industrial training courses under its Training Standards Achievement Register (TSAR). Training is delivered by approved Training Providers such as Providence Training Ltd.

Mr Warrell stated that as part of Qualpass’s Community Benefit Commitment to Pembrokeshire a percentage of all certification fees is allocated to worthwhile causes associated with training and that he was delighted to make a donation to the Danny Fellows Training Trust.

Nick Ainger, chair of trustees, welcomed the donation and stated that it would help bring about positive change and opportunity for individuals wishing to improve their skills for work in the Energy Sector.
