HAVERFORDWEST’S branch of SET Office Supplies raised £1000 for Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales (BCTCW), with a sold-out crafting event featuring TV’s expert crafter Sue Wilson.

BCTCW is a registered charity that provides specialist therapy to children who have cerebral palsy.

The money raised by SET will go towards the £1million BCTCW needs each year to continue providing its services.

SET staff member Liam Meredith’s toddler son, Daniel, benefits from therapy at the Bobath Centre, so Liam has first-hand experience of the difference it can make to a child with cerebral palsy.

“It has been a pleasure and a privilege to raise money for such a fantastic organisation, and SET will to raise money for Bobath into 2015,” said Liam.” We would like to thank our loyal, caring customers who have supported our fundraising efforts, and Bobath for all their help to us as a family. Without Bobath Daniel would not be reaching the heights of his potential.”

The store’s shoppers have also made hand crafted cards which are being donated to BCTCW to sell in their four shops.
