SOME may sniff at the Mini theme of the Cowley Road Carnival, claiming there is an element of corporate sell-out.

The carnival has been beset by problems in recent years and must evolve towards a more professional and organised event.
The Cowley plant is celebrating 100 years and it is a fitting theme to adopt.
