KIND-HEARTED sisters Amy and Leah Jones have made a special trip to the hairdresser’s to help youngsters less fortunate.
The girls, from Narberth, decided to donate their lovely long hair to the Little Princess Trust which provides real hair wigs to children who have sadly lost their hair during cancer treatment.
“The girls came up with the idea themselves, and I think it’s amazing,” said dad Jason. “They told me they wanted to do it to help other little girls, so we couldn’t possibly say no.”
Sophie Williams of Narberth’s Enigma salon cut and re-styled the sisters’ crowning glory, with Jason, mum Bethan and little brother Lewis looking on.
Amy, aged eight and five-year-old Leah have now packed up their plaits of hair to send to the Little Princess Trust, along with £254.13 for the charity, which they raised in just one week.
