PEMBROKE & District Male Voice Choir paid its second visit in as many weeks to St John's Church, Tenby recently.

This time, a concert was held to raise much-needed funds for Guide Dogs for the Blind.

After Phil Lloyd's introduction, the choir proceeded with three songs: It's a Grand Night, The Rose, and When the Saints.

Next up was the choir's Alyson Griffiths, who gave a lovely flute trilogy: Oh for the Wings of a Dove, Ai am fod Haul yn Machlud, and Bourree.

The choir took proceedings to half time with three more: As Long as I have Music, Bring Him Home, and American Trilogy.

At the interval, the whole congregation sang two verses of Love Divine, All Love's Excelling.

The choir started the second half with Stout Hearted Men, O Gymru, and With a Voice of Singing.

Representing Guide Dogs for the Blind, Eva Rich was the guest artiste, who exquisitely sang two songs: Wonderful World, and Thanks be to God.

Eva then went on to give thanks for the evening, and was joined by her gorgeous and faithful guide dog, Oyster.

The choir brought the concert to a close with Unchained Melody, Sunset Poem, and Battle Hymn of the Republic, and an encore Rock A My Soul.
