A STUDENT from Pembroke Dock is making his mark as the county’s youngest guide dog owner.
Ryan Llewellyn, 23, raised £500 for Guide Dogs Cymru with the help of black Labrador retriever Nero.
He organised a walk for dogs and their owners along the beach at Freshwater East, gathering sponsorship from friends and colleagues.
Joining him on the walk were Samantha Osborne, Penny Owens, Christine Wilcox, Stephanie Owens, Taé and Taryn Osborne, plus three-year-old Nero, Buddy the cockapoo and Rocky the pomeranian.
Ryan, who is due to start a sports massage course in Carmarthen next month, donated the money to the Pembrokeshire branch of Guide Dogs Cymru.
