TWO lucky youngsters from the Pembroke area recently received special prizes for spreading a little Christmas cheer during the town’s make a snowman competition.
The town council recently ran a shop window competition for the shopkeepers in Pembroke, with the theme being snowmen.
Many shops took part, and the competition was judged by the town’s very own Frosty the Snowman.
As well as the shops, a special make your own snowman competition was held for local youngsters.
Poppy and Kasen Carrier both received a prize and certificate from Deputy Mayor Cllr Linda Brown, and, of course, Frosty, who was very impressed.
