PEMBROKE Young at Heart enjoyed its annual Christmas service and dinner on December 13 at Pembroke Town Hall.
Officiated by the Reverend Cannon Jones, approximately 70 residents of Pembroke and Deputy Mayor of Pembroke, Councillor Linda Brown and her consort, Councillor Chris Doyle, enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner cooked by in-house chef, Councillor Adrian Cooke.
Town Clerk Suzie Thomas said: “It was a lovely afternoon once again, with carols and a wonderful raffle. Pembroke Young at Heart provides trips throughout the year to various places, giving our more mature residents of Pembroke a chance to enjoy a trip out and some company.”
