A TEENAGER was airlifted to Withybush Hospital on Saturday, August 2 after injuring herself at the Blue Lagoon in Abereiddy.
The alarm was raised just after 2pm and the Royal Navy Rescue Helicopter 194 was tasked along with St Davids coastguard rescue team, the Preseli Sector Manager and a land ambulance.
The 15-year-old girl from Stoke-on-Trent had jumped 25-30 feet when she hit the water causing back pain.
The rescue was witnessed by Cleopatra Browne, an instructor with Celtic Quest Coasteering.
She said: "Skilful parking by the pilot today landing on terrace inside Blue Lagoon."
She added: "It's safer to go with experienced guides."
