Holidaymakers at caravan parks in the Tenby and Saundersfoot area were wheely robbed by thieves who stole their bikes last week.
Police said that 'a quantity' of bikes which had been left insecure outside caravans were taken overnight on Tuesday August 27.
Sites at New Hedges and Crane Cross were amongst those targeted, and officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen any vehicles or people acting in a suspicious manner in and around caravan parks.
They are also suggesting that people mark belongings such as bikes with a property-marking product and record any serial numbers of equipment.
A free service which can be used to record all items is www.immobilise.com.
Local neighbourhood policing teams can provide more information on crime prevention, while anyone with information on the cycle thefts should contact PC Alex Jones at Tenby police station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
