Mike Hellyar sent these pictures of large hailstones from last night's storm.
Mike said: "About 7 o'clock a bad hail storm hit Simpson Cross which lasted only about 10 minutes, it included lightning and hail stones up to 1inch in diameter."
Jamie Hatswell also sent photographs of the damage to his conservatory in Simpson Cross as the hail came straight through the roof.
