Prince Harry will join thousands of young rugby fans at an open training session for the England national team.

Harry, in  his role as patron of the Rugby Football Union (RFU), will watch England’s rugby stars being put through their paces at Twickenham Stadium on Friday.

The event will see around 10,000 supporters from clubs and schools in the stands to watch the players.

Some of the young people will be those who have benefited from Try For Change, an England Rugby programme which uses the power of the sport as a force for good to improve the lives of disadvantaged people.

Harry will  join these young people to learn more about the rugby projects they have benefited from, taking his seat in the stands to watch the England team prepare for their next Six Nations match.

Later Harry will make his way on to the pitch to meet the England players as they finish their training session.
