Neyland (186 for 7) beat Burton (75 all out).
Neyland deservedly moved back into second place in the table as they easily accounted for bottom club Burton.
In-form opener Paul Murray gave them a great start and then Jeremy Charles decimated the Burton batting.
Murray so dominated matters with the bat that when he was fourth out, with the score on 154, he had amassed 102 of those runs.
But then he tried to guide a ball from wily old fox Steve Jones past point and only succeeded in giving a catch to David Murphy after rapping nine fours and three big sixes.
Charles took over after tea, taking up the bowling baton after Phil Davies and Patrick Hannon picked up wickets, to claim a five for seven haul in less than seven overs, five of which were maidens.
Gary Lloyd also claimed a late scalp and showed his fielding prowess, taking two terrific slip catches. The first got rid of opener Richard Hayman (14) and the second gave Charles his fifth wicket and closed the Burton innings on 75 all out after they had once stood at 38 without loss.
Joe Dixon bowled well early on for Burton claiming two wickets, but Murray received support from Jeremy Charles in a stand of 66 and then Nicholas Kooman, who ended up on 32 not out.
Steve Jones picked up the best figures of three for 36.
David Murphy led the Burton batting with 23 but once he and Hayman were parted it was downhill all the way. Martin James was the only other Burton batsman in double figures and Phil Davies ended up with three for 22 in support of Charles' five wicket stint.
