A YOUNG farmer from Llanybydder has taken on an important new role with Farming Connect.
Menna Williams is the new Farming Connect facilitator for Ceredigion and North Pembrokeshire. Menna, aged 23, is an Agriculture and Animal Science graduate and farms 45 acres and keeps beef and sheep with her partner; she also works on a local dairy farm at the weekends.
She said: "Farming Connect supports farmers to consider new ideas and improved ways of working, which can lead to reduced inputs and increased efficiencies. My aim is to ensure they get the most out of what's available to them.” Contact Menna by calling 07896 837 725 or email menna.williams@menterabusnes.co.uk
