J. J. Morris reports: An excellent trade in the sheep section (863), with all types of stock in great demand. There was a strong trade in the hogget, spring lamb and store lamb sections. Cull ewes once again saw another lift in price.

Dai Lewis reports: A larger entry (291) with barrens and overage cattle seeing a fast run throughout, with quality of a mainly high standard. Weaned calves and store cattle saw a slightly easier run, and cows and calves sold to a good trade, for the quality.
